The proprietors of Gippsland Drycleaning and Laundry Company are Vince & Joanne Bourke, Joanne being in the industry for 20 years and Vince, a second generation Drycleaner, for 29 years.

Vince has achieved 2002 and 2003 Australian Drycleaner of the Year, 1997, 2000, 2001 and 2002 Victorian Drycleaner of the Year, 1998 and 1999 Runner-up Victorian Drycleaner of the Year, and has completed Certificate 1, 2 and 3 in textile care and both Vince and Joanne hold an accreditation certificates in the safe handling of Perchloroethylene (drycleaning solvent)
